This page tells you what the Ride With Confidence website collects, why we collect it and who sees it. Last change: 22 October 2026.
Who we are
Ride With Confidence is a women-led campaign in Cambodia. Muna Haq leads the campaign. The campaign team runs this website.
What the forms collect
- Ride registration: your name, email, phone, nationality, age, gender, ride-day choices, T-shirt size, emergency contact, donation amount and the ABA PayWay payment reference. We use them to manage the ride, to check your payment and to contact you about the ride.
- Online payments: ABA Bank’s PayWay service takes your payment in its own window. We receive the amount, the date and a payment reference, not your full card number or bank password.
- Bank transfer receipt: your name, email, the amount, the date, your bank, and the reference, image and message that you choose to add. We use them to find your transfer on our bank statement and to send your receipt.
- Share a photo or a story: your name, email, title, story and photo. We publish a story only after a review. We do not publish your email.
- Contact: your name, email, organization, phone and message. We use them to reply to you.
- Email updates: your email and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send campaign news and to tell you when the shop opens. You can stop the emails at any time: reply to an email or use the contact form.
Who sees your data
Our form service, Netlify, keeps the forms. The campaign team reads them. We do not sell your data. We do not show your payment image on the website.
Visitor measurement
We use PostHog to count visits and to see which pages help visitors. When we advertise, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics can measure the advertisements. These tools do not receive your name, your contact details or your registration number. In Europe, a banner asks you before these tools start. In all countries, “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page stops these tools.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”.
